Cell Phones in Yuma County

I am on the road a lot especially out to the Martinez Lake area. My cell phone has very spotty service out that direction. I would like to know who has the best service in the remote parts of the county as I am tired of dropped calls. Thank you, Jason.

  Alltel seems to have the best reception in the Martinez Lake area. I here there may be a new cell tower put in near the lake area, but I do not know what carriers are going to be included.

It looks like Verizon is set to acquire Alltel on Jan 9th. I also noticed that Qwest is no longer selling wirless service in favor of Verizon. Too bad, I enjoyed the Chad vs everyone else commercials. With the Cingular/ATT merger and now this acquisition, the choices for phone service are dwindling, so you can probably expect a big round of price increases soon.

I switched from Verizon to AT&T predominantly because Verizon has the worst customer service in Yuma. When time went by AT&T turned out to be a great phone company that cares about their customer and my service is outstanding everywhere in Yuma.
